After being abandoned by her father, Amberlynn Grant was forced to change her life in a dramatic fashion. She was once a regular person, but had to work most of her life in order to help her mother raise her six younger brothers.
She had many things to worry about in life and so she chose to take up gaming as a stress-reliever. However, Amberlynn became intrigued by the many different games types and became lost in the worlds of science-fiction, fantasy and horror. This obsession is what triggered the manifestation of her hidden powers. After a night of gaming with a group of friends, she went to bed only to wake up as a real-life superhero! She found that she had many powers and would now have a higher calling far from her home and friends. Now she has found herself in a world where true heroes and villains live, and so she has decided to set the books aside in order to play by the rules and join the fight for justice!
